PAIRS IN PUBLIC
Some people think that everybody is watching them, while others seem to think that nobody is watching them. They are in their own world - and seem to be unaware that they are seen or don't care. I see them. My subjects may be anonymous, but they are very individual to me. I connect with them because they are real and universal. Sometimes I wonder if the split second I capture is only a fleeting reality or if it tells the truth about the relationship and the truth is in plain view. A photograph can make the invisible visible, show us that ignorance is bliss, or that happiness can too swiftly fly.
